Texte Le 11 avril 1957, en vue de l'ouverture prochaine des négociations à Genève de l'Accord général sur les tarifs douaniers et le commerce (GATT), le Département d'État américain rédige un rapport qui définit la position des États-Unis vis-à-vis du traité instituant la Communauté économique européenne (CEE).
