Questionnaire from the Presidency on the legislative function, the formations of the Council and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (15 October 2003)
Texte On 15 October 2003, following bilateral contacts organised by the Presidency which highlighted the need for reforms, the Member State delegations receive a questionnaire from the Presidency, originally published on 19 September, on the legislative function, the formations of the Council and the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
