Texte This information document sets out the priorities of the Portuguese Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe from May to November 2005. Portugal, which will assume this responsibility after the organisation’s Third Summit of Heads of State and Government, intends to monitor the action taken on the decisions taken at the Summit.
