Texte On 6 February 1979, Enrique Domínguez Passier, Spanish Ambassador to Ottawa, sends to the Spanish Foreign Minister a copy of a communication from the European Community Information Service in Ottawa on the enlargement of the European Community to include Greece, Spain and Portugal.
