Preparation for the IGC on EMU scheduled for 28 January, letter by Jean-Claude Juncker (10 January 1991)
Texte On 10 January 1991, Jean-Claude Juncker sends a letter to the Finance Ministers of the Member States participating in the Intergovernmental Conference on Economic and Monetary Union. As chairman of the IGC, he sets out the arrangements for the meeting to be held on 28 January and the subjects to be addressed as a matter of priority.
