Franco-Dutch contribution to the Convention: ‘Strengthening the role of the Commission’ (2 April 2003)
Texte As part of the work of the European Convention, France and the Netherlands call for a strengthening of the role of the Commission in order to ensure the effectiveness of the Community method in an enlarged European Union with ten new Member States.
