‘Europe after The Hague and Brussels’ from Affari Esteri (January 1970)
Texte In January 1970, Marcello Gilmozzi, Director of the Italian daily newspaper Il Popolo, assesses the two European Summits held in The Hague and Brussels. The author considers that the accession of the United Kingdom to the European Communities gives Europe an economic and social dimension which goes beyond the scope of a customs union.
