Texte On 10 June 2003, the Praesidium presents a revised version of the text of the Preamble and Part I of the Treaty establishing the Constitution, together with the Protocols on the application of the principles of subsidiarity and proportionality and the role of the national parliaments, to the members of the European Convention.
