Document from the Praesidium: Draft text of Part II of the Constitution concerning the Charter of Fundamental Rights (27 May 2003)
Texte On 27 May 2003, the Praesidium presents a draft of the text of the second part of the Constitution, concerning the Charter of Fundamental Rights, to the members of the Convention. The draft is preceded by an explanatory note and contains various suggestions for technical amendments that are highlighted in the text.
