Benelux memorandum on the IGC and the future of the European Union (29 September 2000)
Texte In the run-up to the Biarritz and Nice European Councils, scheduled for October and December 2000, the representatives from the three Benelux countries adopt a joint memorandum on the reforms of the European institutions in connection with the Intergovernmental Conference.
