Toespraak van Konrad Adenauer naar aanleiding van de constitutie van de Bijzondere Ministerraad van de EGKS (Luxemburg, 8 september 1952)
Text Op 8 september 1952 houdt de Duitse bondskanselier Konrad Adenauer in Luxemburg de openingstoespraak van de Bijzondere Ministerraad van de EGKS, waarvan het voorzitterschap hem volgens de alfabetische orde toestaat. In de toespraak beschrijft hij onder meer de taken van dit lichaam.
