Summary report of the 45th meeting of the Committee of Governors of the Central Banks of the EEC Member States (Basel, 12 December 1970)
Text On 12 December 1970, the Committee of Governors of the Central Banks of the Member States of the European Economic Community (EEC), chaired by Baron Ansiaux, meets in Basel to analyse the final report by the Werner Committee on the establishment by stages of a European economic and monetary union, and also to examine the proposals made by the Commission to the Council on 29 October 1970.
