Statement by the Heads of State or Government of the euro area and EU institutions (21 July 2011)
Text On 21 July 2011, the Heads of State or Government of the Member States whose currency is the euro agree to increase the flexibility of the European Stability Mechanism with a view to improving the efficiency of financial assistance and preventing the risk of financial contagion.
