Resolution (90) 6 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (10 May 1990)
Text On 10 May 1990, against a background of constitutional change in Eastern Europe, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe resolves to establish, as a Partial Agreement of the organisation, the European Commission for Democracy through Law. The Statute of this consultative body, which is primarily responsible for constitutional assistance, is annexed to the resolution.
