Resolution (59) 23 of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (16 November 1959)
Text With this resolution, dated 16 November 1959, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe authorises the Member States of Western European Union (WEU) to pursue social and cultural activities within the framework of the Council of Europe, on the basis of a Partial Agreement.
