Report by the Senate delegation for the EU on the idea of a European Constitution (7 June 2001)
Text On 7 June 2001, on behalf of the Senate delegation for the European Union, Hubert Haenel submits an information report on the idea of a European Constitution. The report is a contribution to the debate on the future of Europe, in which the national parliaments have also been invited to participate.
