Official request from the Austrian Government for the opening of negotiations with the ECSC (15 December 1966)
Text On 15 December 1966, Fritz Bock, Austrian Vice-Chancellor, forwards to the President-in-Office of the Special Council of Ministers of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) a letter in which he indicates his wish to secure a comprehensive agreement on the association of Austria with the ECSC and with the European Economic Community (EEC).
