Information note drafted by the Spanish Foreign Ministry on 28 March 1977 for all Spain’s Heads of Mission abroad regarding the visit to Madrid of Pierre Duchâteau, an official from the Commission of the European Economic Community. The note also refers to the process for Spain’s accession to the EEC and the extension of the 1970 Spain–EEC Trade Agreement to Denmark, Ireland and the United Kingdom, new members of the Community.
