Text On 25 November 1957, during the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT) negotiations in Geneva, the Ghanaian Delegation expresses its concern about the implications of the association of the Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) with the European Economic Community (EEC) for Ghanaian cocoa exports to the Six.
