‘Luxembourg: 56.5 % for the Constitution’ from Le Figaro (11 July 2005)
Text On 11 July 2005, the day after the referendum held in Luxembourg on the ratification of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, the French daily newspaper Le Figaro emphasises this positive signal for the European Constitution but considers that it will not be enough to enable Europe to move forward again.
