Letter from Marcelino Oreja to Carlo Ripa di Meana (Strasbourg, 26 February 1986)
Text In a letter dated 26 February 1986, Marcelino Oreja, Secretary-General of the Council of Europe, informs Carlo Ripa de Meana, Member of the Commission of the European Communities, that the Committee of Ministers has noted with satisfaction the European Community’s intention to use the same flag and anthem as the Council of Europe.
