Joint Declaration by the Action Committee for the United States of Europe on the peaceful use of atomic energy (18 January 1956)
Text On 18 January 1956, the Action Committee for the United States of Europe (ACUSE) unanimously adopts a Joint Declaration on the tasks and operating procedures of a European Atomic Energy Commission to be responsible for the development of atomic energy for peaceful purposes.
