Text Le 2 février 1977, alors que le Portugal s’apprête à demander son adhésion aux Communautés européennes, le député communiste Carlos Carvalhas aborde à la tribune de l'Assemblée de la République la crise qui touche les pays capitalistes et fait un bilan négatif de la situation économique européenne.
