Government statement by Joschka Fischer on the Brussels European Council (Berlin, 11 December 2003)
Text On 11 December 2003, on the eve of the Brussels European Council, Joschka Fischer, German Foreign Minister and member of the Convention on the Future of Europe, emphasises to the Bundestag the importance of the Convention’s work and urges the participants to find a compromise on the European Constitution.
