Text In April 2003, in an article published in the Italian journal Affari Esteri, Giuliano Amato, former Italian Prime Minister and Vice-Chairman of the European Convention, draws up a list of the objectives that Italian diplomacy should set itself in the light of the debates taking place in the European Convention.
