Text
In May 1960, the monthly publication L’Outre-Mer Africain looks back over the development of the French colonies in Sub-Saharan Africa, from the adoption in 1956 of the Reform Act initiated by Gaston Deferre to the independence of the countries of Africa. The journalist asserts that France must maintain friendly relations with its former colonies and continue its assistance efforts.
