Final report of working group XI ‘Social Europe’ (4 February 2003)
Text On 4 February 2003, the Secretariat of the European Convention publishes a revised version of the final report of working group XI on social Europe. The report outlines the aims and powers of the European Union in the social field and also the role of both sides of industry (the ‘social partners’).
