Final report of working group V ‘Complementary competences’ (4 November 2002)
Text On 4 November 2002, working group V on complementary competences submits the revised version of its final report to the Convention on the Future of Europe. The group recommends that the Constitutional Treaty should contain a title on competences in general so as to define their type and scope.
