European Parliament Decision on the discharge to be granted to the Commission in respect of the 1975 financial year (7 July 1977)
Text The 1975 Brussels Treaty confers on the European Parliament the sole power to give discharge to the Commission in respect of the implementation of the budget. This decision on the budgetary discharge for the 1975 financial year, dated 7 July 1977, is the final decision that Parliament takes in accordance with its shared powers.
