Text On 13 and 14 June 2013, the University of Strasbourg and its Institute of Political Studies are holding a conference entitled ‘The Franco-German duo as seen by third states since 1963’. The CVCE will be represented by Dr Elena Danescu with her contribution ‘European integration in the 1970s: Pierre Werner and the Franco-German duo’.
