Draft Code of Conduct of the Antici Group, Working methods for an enlarged Council (4 March 2003)
Text On 4 March 2003, with a view to the enlargement of the European Union to include ten new Member States, the Antici Group submits to Coreper a draft Code of Conduct aimed at improving the efficiency of the preparations for and conduct of meetings of the Council and its preparatory bodies.
