Text Le 18 janvier 1950, à l'occasion d'un discours devant l'Association de la presse internationale, Dirk Stikker, ministre néerlandais des Affaires étrangères, évoque la volonté des Pays-Bas à oeuvrer pour l'intégration européenne et appelle la presse à soutenir cet effort de rapprochement entre les pays d'Europe.
