Declaration by the WEU Council of Ministers (Marseille, 13 November 2000)
Text Meeting in Marseille on 13 November 2000, the Council of Ministers of Western European Union (WEU) ratifies the conversion of WEU into a ‘residual' organisation which is to cease its activities and transfer its operational structures to the European Union (EU).
