Text On 10 March 1953, the Ad Hoc Assembly of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC) considers the final articles in the draft Treaty establishing the European Political Community (EPC) and takes a roll call vote on the draft treaty and the draft annexed protocols as a whole.
