Conclusions of the Brussels European Council (30 August 2014)

On 30 August 2014, the Heads of State or Government elect Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk as the new President of the European Council and appoint Italian Foreign Minister Federica Mogherini as High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
