Communiqué from the SPD on the Moscow Treaty (Bonn, 9 August 1955)
Text On 9 August 1970, in anticipation of the imminent signature, in Moscow, of the Treaty between Germany and the Soviet Union, the West German Socialist Party (SPD) expresses its satisfaction at the new links being forged between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Soviet Union.
