Communication on the consequences of the negotiations with the EEC on relations between Spain and Latin America (13 January 1981)
Text The Director-General of International Economic Relations sends a communication to the Spanish Ambassador to Brazil from the Mission in Brussels on the importance of Latin America for the Spanish delegation during the negotiations for accession to the European Economic Community.
