Communication from the Commission entitled Reforming the budget, changing Europe (12 September 2007)
Text On 12 September 2007, the European Commission adopts a public consultation document entitled ‘Reforming the budget, changing Europe’ on the European Union budget review due to be undertaken in 2008–2009. This communication suggests avenues which might be explored concerning the changes to be made in terms of both expenditure and revenue.
