Circular by Anthony Greenwood on the British embargo on Southern Rhodesian products (20 December 1965)

Following the unilateral declaration of independence of Southern Rhodesia on 11 November 1965 by the government led by Ian Smith, Anthony Greenwood, Secretary of State for the Colonies, issues a circular on 20 December 1965 announcing a British embargo on agricultural products from Rhodesia and inviting other countries to take similar measures.
