‘Background to the negotiations and the Convention’ from Le Courrier — Communauté européenne–Afrique–Caraïbes–Pacifique (March 1975)

In March 1975, the bimonthly bulletin Le Courrier — Communauté européenne–Afrique–Caraïbes–Pacifique publishes a special edition on the signing, on 28 February 1975 in Lomé, of the cooperation agreement between the European Economic Community (EEC) and 46 African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) states. The author Charles Schiffmann particularly focuses on the processes that have been leading up to the Lomé Convention since 1957.
