Text On 19 May 1953, in Luxembourg, Jean Monnet, President of the High Authority of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), welcomes the members of the Austrian Delegation to the High Authority and welcomes the rapprochement between Vienna and the ECSC Member States.
