Text According to a report published in the Spanish daily newspaper El País on 16 July 1985, Frans Andriessen, Vice-President of the European Commission with special responsibility for agriculture and fisheries, warns of potential difficulties ahead when the terms for Spanish accession to the European Communities are applied.
