Note from the Soviet Union to the United States on the status of Berlin (27 November 1958)
Text On 27 November 1958, in a note sent to the US Administration, the Government of the Soviet Union questions the division of Berlin into four sectors and expresses its wish to renegotiate the status of the German city.
