Text On 21 May 1948, in Paris, the French Liaison Committee of the Movements for European Unity convenes the French delegates who attended the Congress of Europe in The Hague and establishes guidelines for the future action to be taken in support of European unity and for the implementation of the resolutions adopted 10 days earlier in The Hague.
