Memorandum from the French Delegation on the establishment of a European factory for separating uranium isotopes (Paris, 13 December 1956)
Text On 13 December 1956, the French Delegation to the Intergovernmental Conference on the Common Market and Euratom forwards a memorandum to the Committee of Heads of Delegation in which it emphasises that the establishment of a European factory for separating uranium isotopes is both necessary and a matter of urgency.
