Mémorandum du gouvernement français au gouvernement britannique sur le plan Schuman (Paris, 30 mai 1950)
Text Le 30 mai 1950, afin de dissiper tout malentendu entre la France et le Royaume-Uni sur les objectifs fondamentaux du plan Schuman, le gouvernement français adresse un mémorandum au gouvernement britannique, qui précise l'inspiration centrale du projet de pool charbon-acier tout en insistant sur la portée des bases de négociation proposées.
