Text In a letter dated 30 September 1970, Walter Scheel, President-in-Office of the Council of the European Communities, invites Rui Patrício, Portuguese Minister for Foreign Affairs, to attend a ministerial meeting at which the situation of Portugal in relation to the European Economic Community (EEC) would be considered.
