Letter from Christian Calmes to the members of the Council of the EEC (Brussels, 4 November 1960)
Text In a letter dated 4 November 1960, Christian Calmes, Secretary-General of the Council of the European Economic Community, notifies the members of the Council that the agreement of the institution regarding the establishment of a Spanish mission to the Community was secured the previous day and initiates the written procedure with a view to the appointment of the Count of Casa Miranda as Head of Mission.
