L’action de la Communauté européenne en faveur des régions frontalières (Bruxelles, 11 septembre 1976)
Text This report, dated 11 September 1976 and presented in Salzburg at a conference on cross-border cooperation, addresses the socio-economic difficulties arising from the Community’s internal borders and the potential alternatives that could be found in a Community framework. It also analyses legal and administrative difficulties and proposes the deepening of bilateral or trilateral cooperation as a solution.
