Bild At the Franco-German Council of Ministers held in Paris on 4 February 2010, President Nicolas Sarkozy and Chancellor Angela Merkel unveil the roadmap for the next ten years of bilateral cooperation between the two countries. This is the first joint Council of Ministers since the establishment of the new German Government and the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon.
